This Christmas was a wonderful Christmas with our family!! We had so much fun having family over, visiting at family homes, and traveling to visit family too! Liam must have been a very good boy this year becuase he received lots and tons of gifts. Lots of clothes for our growing boy, many learning toys for his curious mind and lots of wonderful new books for him to read too. Our Christmas was complete by watching his big (two toothed) grin on his sweet little face. Speaking of which - I suppose all that was on Liam's wish list for Christmas were his two front teeth - becuase that is what he got as an early present (December 14, 2011). (Note: Before you continue I want to apologize for the influx of photos - I couldn't decide which ones I liked best - and well since the purpose of this is to document our lives - I decided to include them all! Enjoy!)
On Christmas Eve Grandpa and Grandma came over and unloaded Santa's Sleigh. Liam was so delighted to see them and beamed while unwrapping and playing with all of his new toys.
Later that afternoon we went to church service with Grampy, Gramby, Cheryl and Chris. It was a wonderful service and Liam behaved so well (through the whole hour and a half of service). Afterwards, Cheryl and Chris hosted us at thier house for Gumbo (prepared by Betty and Les) and Raspberry trifle. We sadly did not get a single picture of this wonderful evening.
The next morning we went to the Smiles for breakfast and open presents. Liam had such a wonderful time that he got a small shiner on his eyebrow. That didn't stop the festivities though. We finished up there, loaded up the car and headed to Wimberley to see Gran and Grandad! What a wonderful time we had there in the country. We had so much fun seeing lots of relatives, eating great food, resting tons, and playing with the pups!
We are so blessed to have such wonderful family (near and far). We had a wonderful Christmas and hope you did as well.
